You acknowledge and confirm that such services are provided to you as an individual for purposes associated with your personal life or business. References in this letter to “you” and “your” refer to Client Name, and references to “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Sananda Eagle Everest.

Start Date: Scheduled on my calendar, along with complete payment.

Session/Video meetings: All sessions must be taken as scheduled. Sananda Eagle Everest retains the right to move calls. The client’s responsibility is to ensure they are on time for their sessions. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the contracted scheduled time.
Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the contracted scheduled time forfeits the fee.
Canceling within 24-72 hours before the scheduled time forfeits the fee but may be rescheduled within 60 days, based on availability, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
Canceling 72 hours or more of the contracted scheduled time will surrender a credit card merchant or bank transaction fees as stated in the cancellation policy at the time of scheduling.
Missed - No Show session call will forfeit the session fee.
